The Kansas Lifeline Program is a service for low-income customers.

Customers meeting the eligibility criteria must complete the Lifeline Service Form  and the Lifeline Household Worksheet and return it to Golden Belt Telephone with proof of participation in one of the programs or documentation of annual household income. Acceptable documentation includes the prior year's tax return, three consecutive paycheck stubs, or a retirement statement of benefits.
