Call Management

Manage incoming calls, waiting calls, transfers, and account access.

Account Code Plus View details

Allow, block, or set limits for general calling categories, long-distance calls, or specific telephone numbers.

Create individual accounts with customized calling rules and no account limit. Each account receives a PIN that must be entered when a restricted number is dialed. Account activity reports are also available.

Automatic Call Back View details

Automatically redials the last number called. When the number is busy, the system can monitor the line for up to 30 minutes.

Use: *66
Automatic Call Return View details

Automatically calls the last number that called your telephone.

Use: *69
Call Waiting View details

Notifies you when another caller is trying to reach you while you are already on the phone.

Switch calls: Press the receiver or flash button.
Temporarily disable: Dial *70 before the telephone number.
Call Waiting with Caller ID View details

Displays the identity of an incoming caller while you are already using the phone.

Caller ID and Call Waiting must both be active for this feature to work.

Call Waiting Selective Ringing View details

Create a list of up to 12 telephone numbers that receive a distinctive call-waiting tone.

Manage your list: Dial *61 and follow the recorded instructions.
Three-Way Calling View details

Add a third person to an active telephone conversation.

  1. Establish the first call.
  2. Press the receiver or flash button.
  3. Dial the third person’s telephone number.
  4. After they answer, press the receiver or flash button again to connect all three callers.
User Call Transfer View details

Transfer an active call to another telephone number.

  1. Press the receiver or flash button.
  2. Dial the number receiving the transferred call.
  3. Wait for the second person to answer.
  4. Hang up to complete the transfer.

Forwarding & Mobility

Send calls to another telephone or make it easier to reach you.

Call Forward View details

Forward all incoming calls to another telephone number.

  1. Dial *72 and listen for the special dial tone.
  2. Dial the telephone number receiving your calls.
  3. If someone answers, forwarding is established. If the call is not answered, hang up and repeat the process.
Deactivate: *73
Call Forward Busy View details

Forward incoming calls to another telephone number when your line is busy.

Activate: Dial *90, followed by the forwarding number.
Deactivate: *91
Call Forward No Answer View details

Redirect calls to another telephone number when your phone is not answered within a selected number of rings.

  1. Dial *92.
  2. Enter the desired number of rings from 2 through 9.
  3. Press #.
  4. Dial the forwarding telephone number.
  5. If the call is not answered, hang up and repeat the process.
Deactivate: *93
Selective Call Forwarding View details

Forward calls from a selected group of telephone numbers while allowing other calls to ring normally.

Manage forwarding: Dial *63 and follow the prompts.
Sim Ring View details

Ring your landline and up to four additional telephone numbers when an incoming call is received.

Manage numbers: Dial *55 and follow the prompts.
Universal Call Management View details

Have up to nine additional telephones ring simultaneously or in sequence when someone calls your landline.

When another phone is answered, the system announces who the call is intended for. If that person does not answer, the system continues trying the remaining telephone numbers.

Move an active call: Press *1 to transfer the landline conversation to your designated mobile telephone.

Privacy & Call Blocking

Control who can reach you and how your information is displayed.

Anonymous Call Rejection View details

Blocks calls from unidentified or private telephone numbers, helping reduce unwanted or disruptive calls.

Activate: Dial *77 and listen for the confirmation tones.
Deactivate: Dial *87 and listen for the confirmation tones.
Call Name Delivery / Caller ID View details

See available caller information before answering and maintain a record of recently received calls.

Call Name Block View details

Prevent your name and telephone number from being displayed to the party you are calling.

Block an individual call: Dial *67 before the telephone number.
Unblock an individual call: Dial *82 before the telephone number.
Deny Originating Calls View details

Restricts the telephone to incoming calls only. Outgoing calls cannot be placed while this feature is active.

Deny Terminating Calls View details

Restricts the telephone to outbound calls only. Incoming calls cannot be accepted while this feature is active.

Ring Again Denial View details

Prevents callers from using the Ring Again feature on your telephone line.

Selective Call Acceptance View details

Create a list of up to 12 telephone numbers that are allowed to call your line.

Manage your list: Dial *64 and follow the prompts.
Selective Call Rejection View details

Create a list of up to 12 telephone numbers that are blocked from calling your line.

Manage your list: Dial *60 and follow the prompts.
Telemarketing Block View details

Intercepts potential telemarketing calls. Callers hear a message stating that you do not accept telemarketing calls and asking them to add your number to their do-not-call list.

Other callers may press 1 or remain on the line to be connected.

Manage the feature: Dial *95 and follow the prompts.
Block the last caller: *96
Toll Block View details

Blocks long-distance calls, including 0+, 1+, and 900-number calls. Local calls, 911 calls, and toll-free calls remain available.

Ring Again View details

Instructs the telephone system to notify you when a previously busy line becomes available.

After receiving a busy signal: Press the receiver or flash button, then dial *66.
Speed Dial 8 View details

Assign frequently called telephone numbers to the digits 2 through 9 for faster dialing.

Program numbers: Dial *74 and follow the prompts.
Place a call: Dial *2 through *9.
Teen Line / Distinctive Ring View details

Adds another telephone number to your existing line. Calls to the additional number use a distinctive two-short-ring pattern.

This feature may also be used to help identify calls intended for a fax machine or another household member.

Messaging & Accessibility

Stay connected through voicemail, notifications, and assisted dialing.

Voicemail View details

Provides 24-hour access to voice messages from home or another telephone.

Initial Setup

  1. Dial *99.
  2. Enter your seven-digit telephone number.
  3. Enter the default password: 0000.

Mailbox Setup

Press 9 and follow the prompts to manage your greeting, password, notifications, and automatic login.

Change Your Greeting

  1. Press 1 for greeting options.
  2. Press 4 to record your greeting.
  3. Press # when finished.
  4. Press 1 to listen.
  5. Press 2 to save.
  6. Press 3 to delete.
  7. Press 4 to record again.
  8. Press * to return to mailbox setup.

Change Your Password

  1. Press 2.
  2. Enter the new password followed by #.
  3. Enter the new password again to verify it.

Forward Calls to Voicemail

No Answer *92, rings 2 through 9, then *99 Deactivate with *93
Busy Line *90*99 Deactivate with *91
All Calls *72*99 Deactivate with *73

Call Forward No Answer and Call Forward Busy may be active at the same time.

Warm Line View details

Automatically dials a preselected telephone number within 60 seconds after the receiver is lifted.

This feature may be helpful for elderly individuals, people with disabilities, or anyone who may need an easier way to contact a caregiver or request assistance.

Wake-Up Service / Notify Plus View details

Schedule up to two wake-up calls at any time during the next 24 hours.

Notify Plus can also turn your landline into an automated messaging service that delivers telephone calls, emails, and text messages.
